About Knebworth Pilates Studio

Knebworth Pilates Studio offers Matwork and Studio Equipment classes for all levels and rehabilitation purposes.


The studio has been running since 2005 first being based in Woolmer Green and then moving to Knebworth in 2010. We offer a light airy space to guarantee a calm yet fulfilling pilates workout. Our clients range from teenagers to some clients in their 80's! We offer a small, friendly service with many satisfied clients!



We have a team of teachers offering:


- Daytime and evening Matwork classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advance clients.


- Private lessons and New Beginners Courses.


- Studio Sessions for any level.


- Expertise on specific conditions such as lower back pain, pregnancy, osteoporosis and   other common complaints.


- Yoga, Fitness and Strength Training for Runners Classes now available too.
